Biographies
Dalia Cantor
CPA, began her accounting career in 1997 while at the same time pursuing her BS Degree at Dowling College, NY. Prior to founding CW Accounting and Consulting, Dalia worked in a public accounting environment managing audit and tax clients in the U.S and Europe. In 2003 Dalia joined Audiovox Corp. (VOXX: NYSE), where she spent a great deal of time managing the reporting of Audiovox Corp. subsidiaries in Europe. Dalia also worked extensively with implementation of Sarbanes Oxley and became greatly involved in the regulatory accounting environment while later working at Take Two Interactive Software, Inc. (TTWO: NYSE), the makers of home video gaming products. Adding to her experience Dalia relocated to Orlando, Florida and began working for Authentec, Inc. (AUTH: NYSE), a biometrics technology company in fingerprint reading. Here Dalia continued to work in the regulatory environment and today remains a consultant at Authentec.
